Warranty & Complaints

DrFertigo pays a lot of care to the products that we offer in our webshop. Despite the quality food products, things can sometimes go wrong. We find that just as annoying. That is why we do everything we can to find a suitable solution quickly. The statutory warranty applies to all items that you order through our webshop. Are you dissatisfied with a product, do you have a complaint or another comment? Then we would like to hear from you how we can help you!

Can I claim under warranty?
DrFertigo fully supports the products in its range. It goes without saying that we do everything we can to deliver the product you ordered in good condition. Yet it can happen that an order gets damaged during transport or something happens that you can claim under warranty. You are legally obliged to inform us of this within two months of the discovery of the defect. Does the damage or defect fall within the warranty? Then we will take care of repair, replacement or find another suitable solution free of charge.

You can also contact us via the contact form. Together we look for a suitable solution. Are you not satisfied with the solution offered? Then you can also register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
