Shipping and delivery

Do I need an account to be able to order?

It is not mandatory to create an account on DrFertigo, but it is useful. If you create an account, your log-in and order details will be automatically displayed when you log in to our website. Especially if you order products more often in our webshop, this will save you a lot of time. You do not have to enter your details yourself, we will do that for you.

Which countries do we ship to?
We only ship to the following countries:

Yes, we offer track & trace once your order has been shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped the day after your payment has been received. Please note that no payments are processed on weekends and public holidays.

What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?

If we have received an incorrect address, we can only change this if your order has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for resending.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping throughout the Netherlands.
Within Europe we use a standard shipping rate of $ 8.95

Do you guarantee receipt of my purchase?

We guarantee you will receive your order within 21 business days or we will resend your order for free. We recommend that you check the shipping address again before placing your order as a free return is only possible if we provided the correct address in the original order.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days from the time your payment is successfully received. Shipping times depend on location. Orders outside the Netherlands (within Europe) are normally shipped within 9-15 working days. Please only contact us if your order has not arrived within 21 working days.
Do we receive your payment on Saturday before 2:00 pm? Then there is a good chance that you will receive your package on Monday. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee this. This depends on how busy PostNL is on Monday. Because we cannot estimate this in advance, DrFertigo is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. In addition, most transport companies do not deliver on Sundays!
What should I do if I have not received my order after 21 working days?
If your order has not arrived after 21 working days, please contact us. Please include your order number and shipping address here so that we can check that your order has been shipped to the correct address. After receiving your message with the requested information, we will contact you as soon as possible.
What if my order is damaged during shipment?

We do our best to pack your order as well as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control how your package is handled. If your products are damaged, send us a photo of the damaged package and we will send you replacements.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, this is only possible if we have not yet processed your order. If your order has not been processed and you want to change your order, we must cancel it first. You can then place a new order with the desired changes.


Can I shop safely here?

As a customer of DrFertigo you determine how you pay for your order. We offer different payment methods. In our webshop you can pay via iDeal, bank transfer and Bancontact. We also offer various international payment methods.

How long will it take to receive my international bank transfer?

Bank transfers are received within five business days on average, but can take up to 10 business days. Please note that if you have not added the order number, it may take longer to connect and approve the transfer with an order. We check this every day after payment is received. We will update your order and you will receive a status update by email.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my products with a refund?
