It is not mandatory to create an account on DrFertigo, which is useful. If you create an account, your log-in and order data will automatically be shown when you log in to our website. Especially when you order products more often in our webshop, this saves a lot of time. You do not have to fill in your data yourself, we do that for you.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship only to the following countries:

Yes, we offer track and trace as soon as your order is shipped.
Your order will be sent the day after your payment is received. Please note that weekends and holidays no payments are processed.
If we were given an incorrect address then we can only change if your order has not already been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for reshipping.
Within Europe we use a standard shipping rate of €8,95
We offer free shipping to our customers by orders above €100,00
We guarantee that you will receive your order within 21 business days or we will resend your order for free. We advise you to check the shipping address again before you place your order, as a free reshipment is only possible if we had provided the correct address in the original order.
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days from the moment your payment is successfully received. The shipping times depend on the location. Orders within Europe are normally shipped within 9-15 business days. Please contact us only if your order has not arrived within 21 working days.
Do we receive your payment on Saturday before 14:00? Then chances are that you will receive your package on Monday. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee this. This depends on the busyness at PostNL on Monday. Because we can not estimate this in advance, Plantenvoedingstore.nl is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. In addition, most shipping companies do not deliver on Sundays!
Ontvangen we uw betaling op zaterdag vóór 14:00 uur? Dan is de kans groot dat u uw pakket op maandag ontvangt. Helaas kunnen we dit niet garanderen. Dit hangt af van de drukte bij PostNL op maandag. Omdat we dit vooraf niet kunnen inschatten, is DrFertigo niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele vertragingen veroorzaakt door de vervoerder. Bovendien leveren de meeste vervoersbedrijven niet op zondag!
Wat moet ik doen als ik na 21 werkdagen mijn bestelling niet heb ontvangen?
Neem contact met ons op als uw bestelling na 21 werkdagen nog niet is aangekomen. Vermeld hier uw ordernummer en verzendadres zodat we kunnen controleren of uw bestelling naar het juiste adres is verzonden. Na ontvangst van uw bericht met de gevraagde informatie nemen wij zo snel mogelijk contact met u op.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 21 business days. Please include your ordernumber and shipping address so we can check it your order has been shipped to the correct address. After receiving your message with the requested information we will contact you as soon as possible.
We do our best to pack your order as well as possible. Unfortunately, we can not check how your package is handled. If your products are damaged, send us a picture of the damaged package and we will send you replacements.

In addition, our webshop is encrypted via an SSL certificate. This means that information about your address details and order is protected from the outside world. Payments are made in the secure environment of your own bank.
As a customer of DrFertigo you determine how you pay your order. We offer different payment methods. In our webshop you can pay via iDeal, bank transfer and MisterCash. We also offer various international payment methods.
Transfers are received on average within 5 business days, but it can also take up to 10 business days. Please note that if you have not added the order number, it may take longer to connect and approve the transfer with an order. We check this every day once payment has been received. We will update your order and you will receive a status update by e-mail.
Can I return my products to a refund?
Due to quality control, we can not accept returned products for a refund.
If you want to cancel or change your order, this is only possible if we have not yet processed your order. If your order has not been processed and you wish to change your order, we must cancel it first. You can then place a new order with the desired changes.
